Update: mystery solved! Wild fox being super creepy - what is this weird noise? Edit: added video

What's going on here? I only first heard this super creepy noise and it came and went around my sims lot, then I finally spotted that it was a wild fox making the 'sound'. Then there's this super weir...

I don't think it's a 'fox' sound - the same sound and vfx happens to sims aswell, and I've no idea what is causing it. It's like a weird sound wave noise that sounds eerie and as I said it happens to sims aswell. I wonder if anyone knows why they've got the weird vfx and have this eerie noise following them? I'm so confused.
