Upgrade beds always grayed out never lets ...

Question

.. my sim do it.  He's a vampire handiman with roommates.  Playing regular map.  Far as I can tell none of them even humans are allowed upgrade the bed.  He upgrading the sink.  on PC.  Mods installed MCCC and elf ears.

@Jemcrystal does he have upgrade parts in his inventory you need upgrade parts to upgrade almost everything in the sims 4

What does it say when you hover over the grayed-out words?

@Jemcrystal for upgrading beds you need high level hardiness (think levels 8 &amp; 9), along with upgrade parts.
