Okay so I'm looking to upgrade my PC in the next few months but I have no idea where to start or what is more important to be upgraded. Sounds to me like you may need more RAM.

Your build is fine as is; however, I'd upgrade to 16GB if possible. I'm currently on my phone and will help you shortly.

I do have to agree with Colton. Unless you are just wanting to upgrade for the sake of newer, what you have is plenty for just sims. I, too, would suggest upgrading the RAM, though. And it's really easy to do yourself. Just buy 16GB, remove old and install new. I had the 8350 and it's a good, solid processor. And your graphic card is still very relevant. I don't see your harddrives info, but I'm guessing you have an HDD? Upgrading to an SSD wouldn't be a horrible idea. At least 500GB. You can get them fairly cheap, these days. But, there are several options and that would depend on what your motherboard is and can fit. I'm assuming your PSU is good, as you are running the 8350 and 1050Ti, so I wouldn't worry about that.

I only bought my PC 7/8 months ago so I feel really tight to just go and buy a new one and replace that when I’ve had it for so little time.

Unless you're playing other games with higher requirements... What you have for sims is fine. I agree with others 16GB ram and an SSD would be nice upgrades if you are looking to improve something. SSDs (Solid State Drive) are faster than HDD (Hard Disk Drive). Though as ChelleJo said, keep your current HDD as a secondary storage drive.

RAM: Look for a kit of DDR3-1600 16GB (2 x 8GB) so you can run dual-channel. Double check your motherboard manual which slots you should be using. You can find the manual online too if you've lost the booklet.
SSD: If the new SSD has the space, you can clone your HDD onto the new drive. This way Windows and anything else like games can benefit from the speed. Then you can wipe the HDD to use for storage. Guides can be found on YouTube and Google search.

8GB is enough for those who don't multitask too much or run RAM heavy task often. Chrome for an example is a RAM hog. Windows search Task Manager and under Performance, you should see how much Memory you are currently using. You'll have a better idea of what you're average use is with the game open and anything else you may multitask with.

I'm sitting at 6.7GB in use right now and that's just Chrome w/ 12+ tabs open. Since I'm a heavy multitasker on my computer, I've upgraded from 8GB of RAM in 2015 to now 16GB of RAM just based on how much I personally use.

I’m torn between whether to upgrade to 16GB of RAM I’m confused some people saying 8gb is enough and some think it’s not haha. I’m willing to upgrade as long as it’s worthwhile.

Just want to also add I play with all packs installed

That will work. As long as it is DDR3 and 2x8GB (16GB).

The RAM you chosen should be small enough to fit, as that particular RAM is smaller than the others.

@Colton147147 I’m about to purchase the RAM i linked previously. Is there any checks you would recommend me doing before purchasing or are you positive that is the correct RAM for my PC?

sorry I just wish I knew how to check these things myself.

It is the correct RAM for your PC and I recommend Corsair all the way (though I am a bit of a Corsair fanboy. :p).
