Use portable computer?

The Caliente went to the library first thing in my save. Unfortunately, they all started using a portable computer, cancelling this, using again... I did not buy them computers, they don't even own a computer, this is why they were at the library... Their inventories are empty. This is very tedious, they are cancelling out eating meals and toilets to use a portable computer. Autonomy, they stop doing aspiration skills now, too. PS4 latest pack is Eco Lifestyle, don't have any N.A.P.s going right now.
