Yep - it definitely works well on my lots in game. I wish the Sims - especially visitors to the home were fearful of the ghost though. I wish we could set the trait for numbers of ghosts - sort of make a creepy haunted house and make the ghost scarier. Like this trait a lot for Vampire lots.
I run a really high end desk top - 8 cores, 16 gigs of ram, etc - so maybe that why the trait works well for me. So it may be why the trait works well for some players and not others.
They just get tense in my game, just like with regular ghosts. I really don't understand why sims don't have a fear emotion. Even Inside Out had him!
Yeah, it's a wonder why Fear was not included as an emotion in TS4. Fear is one of the most basic emotions anyone would have.
