I have a great wish for the neutralization of technology in the game. I can remove TVs and computers but I can't prevent my Sims from using that darned phone. This is one of the reasons I'd like to have newspapers and house phones back, so we can still have some of the options from the phone and computers be used through simpler objects. Plus, I really can't stand the random texts and would like those silenced for good. They don't even make sense if my Sims never exchanged numbers with the person in the first place. I feel that Sims shouldn't be contacted that way unless the player actually chose to give out the number.
Anyway, maybe we'll get something down the line that will enable us to play in other eras better. Here's hoping!
