I will assume you have a single parent and twins in your household and you have installed Parenthood.
1. Cooking in a big batch is always helpful. It is fulfilling and you can turn it into lunchbag when they wake up feeling hungry.
2. Use parenting option a lot. You can discipline them or make them doing the dishes, talk them out of their phase, etc.
3. If you are playing for pleasure, consider 'adjustments'. Delete the hamper, use potion, or maybe use the cheat.
