Vacation homes SE

It's not looking good for vacation homes but then again their saving some surprises for the livestream.

I think you can rent a place or have your sims live there but not buying a vacation home. They never said anything about it.

I think it’s more likely than hotels, but they probably would have said so if that was the case. They might still change the mechanics of all of the vacation worlds to allow sims to live there, which would be nice. (Hopefully a patch feature, fingers crossed)

I interpreted it the same way for some reason.

The blog said: Rent one of the vacation lots or build your own home when you arrive in Mt. Komorebi!

(When we “arrive” there? Sounds like a vacation)

The press release said: The first world in The Sims 4 to introduce both residential homes and rental lots for vacationers, Mt. Komorebi offers three new primary neighborhoods for Sims to take their dream vacation or make the winter locale their home.

(“both residential homes and rental lots for vacationers” could be interpreted that the homes are for vacationers. But “or make the winter locale their home” definitely seems more permanent)

I guess they would be more explicit if they wanted to be. I think it was worded to cause confusion. We’ll find out in the livestream if not sooner, I guess.

They might just be combining the pages, if that's the case. I think that would make the most sense.

Oh ok. I only have access to internet a few minutes per day now. I thought i read vacation home. Ohh my dream goes down then ?
