Vacation world sims

That's pretty unfortunate @hmae123. But I suppose that the reason that Selvadoradan natives keep showing up in other worlds is because they don't have a home of their own. They're like any other un-housed Sim. They're free to roam as they like. No one bothered to build them homes or to anchor them to the world.

It's odd because those are features that have been present in the series for over a decade and now... I dunno. I just don't know.
