How do you manage your energy after vacuuming, my sim is always nearing exhaustion, do you use potions or cheat?

hmm i think when i strated vacuuming i ws lready in the yellow from doing other things and when i finished vacuuming i was red i will try after a full sleep which by then its filthy lol
