Vampire Birthday?

So I noticed that a young adult vampire’s birthday shows up on the calendar. Is this something I should be worried about?

My vamps don't have birthdays except for teen vamps - so I don;t have any idea as I have not been playing my vamps while trying the new seasons ep.
