I just manually keep track of them, using Paint. To get their pictures, I went into manage world, and where you can split up a household, print screen and cut their photo that way, and typed their name under their photograph, and did this in Paint. For example, it would come out looking like this.

There is also something called One Note that you can easily move pictures around (I'm still in the process of learning how to work this), but you can get a free version online, I don't have the full access to everything, but it works for what I need.
