Vampire Sim Bites Different Target Than Person Selected
I am sorry for putting this here but the report page will not let me submit my report (been trying for nearly an hour) and I am trying to find out if this is a bug or if I'm not understanding what's taking place.
My female vampire does not "Compel for deep drink" sim I selected, but a different sim close by. It has happened twice.
Both times this has happened were very similar situations. The similarities include:
Sim was able to feed off the targeted celebrity after the redirected bite took place and she also successfully fed off another celebrity right after the incident (that celeb was not surrounded by a crowd). I am wondering if the crowd is interfering in some way.
I have all expansions and packs. CC but no mods. Play on PC. Thanks in advance for any help!

- Took place at the Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno
- Sim was trying to bite a celebrity
- Celebrity was in the middle of a crowd being ogled and adored
- Redirected to bite male in crowd
- Action changes to show new target but does not allow me to cancel it
