Both great points, but she was neither of those.
On the first celebrity her bar was half full. On the second her bar was 3/4 full. She wasn't angry either time.
My thought process is basically like... she can't interact with the celebrity while they're being adored by the public. This makes sense. It's like its own mini-event that my sim can't interfere with.
But then, why doesn't the action simply cancel? I feel like the fact that she can't target the celeb is intended, but the redirect itself is a bug of some kind.
Gosh I hope that made any sense.
