Vampire with the Beach Life aspiration?

Ha! Just grabbed Island Living while I'm still enjoying playing my vampires. I'm tempted to have one of my growing up vampires to choose the IL Beach Life aspiration. It feels kind of sick, could a vampire live a beach life? Sunbathing, no. But there is a vamp trait making sun less dangerous I think, hmmm. Imagining Vlad on a water scooter, or falling in love with an evil mermaid... hmmm again.

Did anyone try the combo?

    If you play, definitely post updates, that sounds entertaining!

    I do not own the vampire pack so I will have to experience it vicariously through you lol

    You need to create a regular Sim 1st to achieve tanning goal then use the cheat:
    stats.set_stat commodity_BecomingVampire 2160 for natural transition, personally I achieve Beach Life Asp. 1st as regular Sim then turn to Vampire later.

    I've done it, but it's impossible to do one of the tasks (get a tan) without cheating, which is super simple to do with either MCCC or UI Cheats. Other than that, it's totally fine for vampires. Most of my vampires were born and raised in Sulani and love Sulani. <3

    Whenever one of my sims turn vampire, they are not getting out of the house until they are at least Master rank, for the sun protection. I have no problem cheating the "get a tan" part with UIcheats.

    That's interesting feedback, thanks! I assume I would do this rather on the light side, more for the fun seeing a sun avoiding vampire tracked in a sunny paradise, searching to the beach life but perhaps in constant danger of being fought by the sun. I imagine there would be a lot of funny situations where a vampire would normally not take part :) I would not be very determined on completing the aspiration goals (I never focus much on those goals with any of my sims).

    But it would obviously be fun and possible if reaching for completion, too. Like @Kathykins I don't mind using UIcheats - if it ads to the fun.

    That might work, but if you want make them sunbathe, just for the aspiration (if they can of course), I suggest to give them in both forms a normal human skin, not like those ashy grey skins for vampires, and see if they can sunbathe

    Unfortunately, vampires can't sunbathe/tan no matter what they look like. They can "relax" on towels, but that's it. Here's my marine biologist vampire in a blue bathing suit, enjoying the sunny beach and looking normal, but she can't tan.

    I think a modder may have made a mod that allows Vampires to suntan, though you may need to search for it.
