Urrgghh, Some of have had the opposite problem and wish the vampiric invasions would stop. All of my attacks have been in San Myshuno though ("Vampires - the gamepack that nerfed City Living") so if you really want vampires breaking in and draining your sims of their life force maybe you could move your sims there. Another thing you could do is make your sims' lot a Vampire Nexus.
My sims living in Windenburg get constant break ins. In one of my recent play sessions, I got an attempted break in 2 out of 3 nights. I had my sims bedroom door locked, so the creepy music played and the vampire was doing the break in animation, but never actually came in the house.
