I found vampire are fun and cool, but spellcaster is petty much overpowerful, sure drinking to stay young time to time, but vampire had to drink plasme everyday. I dislike aliens, male get baby? no thank. Mermaid is underwheling, need some buff.
I like all of them, but some need work like alien and mermaid, sadly I don't think EA will redo alien and Mermaid like some company do like total war warhammer 2 factions.
