Vampires throwing up after eating Plasma Salad?

That sounds like a bug. What about the plasma drink? My "Good" vampires definitely like the salad and the drink LOL.

I have the same issue and it has persisted since I bought the pack, so I assumed it was by design or a coding error oversight. My vamps can drink Plasma Jane with no problem but puke from plasma fruit salad if they have the withered stomach trait.

If it is by design, my guess is plasma fruit salad must contain additional non-plasma/plasma fruit only ingredients that make it bad for withered stomach sims. However, vamps without that weakness could still partake in it.

What really irritates me is that regular human sims can eat the plasma fruit salad without getting sick, uncomfortable, or grossed out in any way. I had my good vampire throw a holiday party once with a mix of human and vamp friends so he laid out both regular food and plasma fruit salad, and of course all of the stupid humans ate up all of the plasma fruit salad leaving none for the vamps and didn't touch the human food which the vamps couldn't partake in (except for the host who didn't have the withered stomach weakness. Ugh.)

The drinks fine, it's just the salad that makes them gag instantly. I suppose it's realistic as salad has the same effect on me but still

Yeah, seems to be the same for me. I haven't tried without that trait to see if they can eat it then, if it is intentional because of that it's a pretty stupid decision in my opinion as that's the only food option vampires can have at restaurants

My non vampire sims do not like the Plasma Fruit Salad LOL They get a discomfort moodlet like they do with the fruit cake.

In my vampire family, the husband with the withered stomach weakness can't eat plasma fruit salad, but can drink plasma janes. His wife eats plasma fruit salad with no problems daily. She does not have the weakness. Their children, before they aged up and turned, would sometimes grab the leftovers out of the fridge and would always be uncomfortable afterwards.

I've had Withered Stomach vampires get sick off the salad, as well as human Sims. Kind of wondering if it's a solid foods thing? Even with Withered Stomach, vampires can still drink bar drinks, so they can handle non-plasma liquids just fine. The deciding factor seems to be whether it's solid or liquid.

The Withered Stomach weakness makes vampires get nauseous after eating any kind of prepared food, including Plasma Fruit Salad. It's unfortunate the developers didn't make an exception for the salad but the weakness is working properly.

Withered Stomach doesn't affect drinks and I don't think it affects harvestables, so vampires with this weakness can still drink Plasma Packs and Plasma Janes. and I think they can still eat Plasma Fruit as long as it isn't made into a salad.

Yeah this always kinda irritated me. You give them the stomach weakness which should only apply to human food. Then they start vomiting after eating something that is apparently made for vampires.

If they have withered stomach they can't eat a plasma fruit salad, it sadly counts as food tho since its plasma shouldn't. They will get sick. If they don't have withered stomach it may be a bug

Just a suggestion, reset the Vampire perks & make sure to never pick withering stomach.
