I remember hearing something about chance of spell failure or kickback, so I'm wondering if there will be alternate spell effects when a spell goes wrong. I know Sims have a chance if getting cursed sometimes, but it would be so amusing to see magic backfire. >:)
It is fun when things go wrong. Yesterday my sim was electrocuted by the weather machine when she tried to get a clear blue sky. + 40 dazed instead.
