Vendors at festivals and markets should be NPCs only

Is there a mod that makes sims fill the bartender, catering, Musician, Comedian, or DJ slots if they are already in that career? This way sims don't randomly get pulled into a job that doesn't fit what they're doing or has no background in that skill or career.
