I wonder if there will be a way to keep people in the waiting room until it is their turn or if they will be wondering in and out of exam/surgery rooms? Perhaps a new way to lock doors? You can't lock...

So from what I saw on the live stream it seems sims & pets will just wondering wandering wherever, even into exam rooms when they should be in the waiting room. That is disappointing.
Also concerning is that our pets are suppose to/will get sick every few sims days. The only way to stop this and keep them healthy is to take them to the Vet or go to the Vet and buy treats to keep them healthy. So Vet or Vet or Vet. Money, Money, and Money. It seems pets might be for wealthier sims as the Vet trips looked expensive.
I really don't want vet visits and sick pets to be the focus of all my pets game play.
