I wonder if there will be a way to keep people in the waiting room until it is their turn or if they will be wondering in and out of exam/surgery rooms? Perhaps a new way to lock doors? You can't lock...

I'm almost certain there are no other buy mode objects, including pet beds. That was the "show all" option they were using in buy mode.
I'm glad that pet are NOT allowed to be crush, drown, or set fire, because it would desensitizes players to animal cruelty!
I DO wish that pets could die by illness, because it would teach players to be a more responsible pet owner!

It does seem a bit odd. I don't like the fact that there's no real incentive to take pets to the vet if they can't die. I feel the lack of incentives in this game are what makes it so boring to me. I liked how your sims would die in the Sims 2 if you didn't look after them when they became ill. Added more challenge. Also I don't like the OTT pet illnesses, they seem a little strange. If pets could have fleas that would've been more realistic, and would've been funny if your Sims could catch them off the pets.
