Vet Clinic not making money

I believe there was/is a bug where if you have your own pets on the vet clinic lot, you would not get any money. Could it be that?

Not sure if that was the issue but I went back the next day and made money just fine and have been since.

I don't think my sim's pets were on the lot but it is nextdoor to my sim's house so maybe the pet wandered too close to the clinic in the "neighborhood" area
