Vet Clinic Question

So, I have my Sim running her own Vet clinic. I can never seem to get the ambiance status to change? Any suggestions? I've lowered my prices, I've updated everything and I even changed the decorations and everything. I just don't know what else to do? Or is it something that just never changes?

    It might be a bug - I can't get mine to change either. I used to be able to get 5 star reviews but now I can only get 4. I thought mine might be mod related, since I do have a lot of mods installed, but if you don't use mods then maybe it unfortunately is just a bug.

    I was never able to reach 5 stars with a vet clinic (so I just modded it a little).

    Do you clean up after the pets? Pets with swamp mouth throw up, and if you don't clean up after them, it hurts the ambience.

    Also, what have you done to decorate your waiting room? It's important to include music, fish, and things for the pets as well as the owners. The amenities you put in your waiting room helps.

    Fun fact: Your waiting room is usually wherever you put the check in kiosk.
