Hmm, this is hard as I think they are both great SPs. Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with either. Vintage Glamour seems to be one of the most highly rated stuff packs from what I've seen on the forums. I love the vintage theme and the CAS and build items (esp. the vanity table and bar globe) and the butler is great for rich families and celebrity sims. Toddler Stuff offers much needed and really cute clothing for toddlers, and toddler play objects that are great for building toddler parks/venues for play dates. I suppose if I had to choose then Toddler Stuff would be my choice since I just love playing with toddlers. My advice is to look at what each pack offers and ask yourself what appeals to you the most.
