Is sort of funny that before this kit, my sims' bills were around 80,000 simoleons (occurred after last patch) for a house on a 30 x 20 lot with 1 bed, 1 bath etc. This seemed extremely excessive so I used MCCC to lower them to a reasonable percentage, like 40,000. That being said, I like my sims to be on the verge of bankruptcy most of the time >:) so anything that makes it easier to earn money will have to be vacuumed up for now :D
