I personally don't want it nerfed. I'm liking the slight challenge aspect. I won't be surprised if it is nerfed though.
I will say that some people should not buy this pack up front! If you play large families and are already pulling your hair out by how hard you think the game is.. don't get it. If you play large families with a neat freak and don't mind this being a part of their day... or you employee maids and butlers.. go for it. They will be busier and I really like seeing that. My neat sims have stuff to do!
I always feel like I must play very differently than others. I turn off autonomy for my played sim because I'm playing them... so they don't fight me. The rest of the family has autonomy on and if they are cleaning in the background I'm fine with it... and really am encouraging that.
I like the dust bunnies and the possible money option... but I'm not playing with it enough to have a big opinion other than if you don't want the rewards maybe ask for rewards and gifts less? It's the sims it's going to be a little ridiculous. I guess I wouldn't mind if they changed this but I like the idea of some slob sim getting rich off his dusty minions.
I was thinking about the challenge part and this is nothing.... absolutely nothing compared to how hard managing was in the first two games I played. It actually makes me think it's giving some of that challenge back but for me in a more playable way. Like you can ask others to clean for you, order them to clean, gift them vacuums and see them use them ect.
If they fix anything I want them to fix if you turn it off.. it should be off. I haven't played much like this but I understand people are still getting buffs when they turn it off, not sure what else is happening. Just if you chose to turn it off you probably want a break from it.
