Oh come on guys, the feature is clearly completely broken and unbalanced.
Floors get dirty WAY too quickly. You can have a pristine house and have it dirty within 3-4 sim hours, after you just vacuumed it. Someone said it's fine because you can vacuum once in the morning and once before bed. Come on... Who the heck vacuums twice a day irl?
The dust system applies to community lots, which completely ruins them, they'll all constantly get dirty.
There is NO way to clean a dusty house on and off the grid lot since vacuums do not work. This is why a broom and duster should have been added, or at least make the handhelds battery operated so they can function off the grid.
Dust bunnies spawn too frequently. Within a sim hour or two you will have 3 dust bunnies on your lot. Insanem
Dust bunnies generate way too much money. You can make 30k simoleons in a single night using dust. This is not okay, it takes ZERO effort. Why not just put in mother lode at this point?
Dust bunnies passively earn money for you, so even if you don't want to get that good money, you still don't need a job because dust bunnies will still earn you money.
Sims autonomously vacuum way too much, they're obsessed with it.
Sims are autonomously vacuuming in inappropriate places, such as outdoors in the park, or at the beach.
sims are stopping to react to their environment Everytime they enter a new floor. It's annoying, stop it, it causes lag and slows down the game.
Maids are now using vacuums to clean things like puddles and counters. Why? I get wet vaccs are a thing but come on, there was no need for that change.
Sims are now constantly happy just for being in their home, unless it's straight up filthy. Pristine and dusty homes give permanent positive buffs.
Seriously, this whole pack is broken and unbalanced, it's ridiculous and there's no excuse.
