Scroll to the side on the Salvage list. You'll find the missing piece there.

Isn't it because you dont have the credits to do the upgrade?

Its not, there is still salvage missing. 10 Zinbiddle or whatever the name is, the salvage you need G12+ pieces for

You're not seeing the last piece because of your 16:10 aspect ratio. At 16:9 (1920 x 1080 rather than your 1920 x 1200) you'd see everything without having to scroll.
