Walking the dog when it's raining

I just don't want it to take twenty-four hours to walk a dog. Dog walks are the only thing that takes longer than eating a meal, have a conversation, or to well... do anything in the queue.

I would, but I am also experiencing a glitch where my sims constantly open and close their umbrella when moving from point a to point b stopping movement each and every time. Umbrellas seem a bit testy at best. I'd also like sims to be able to walk two dogs at a time, I could understand an umbrella not being used then as the only have two hands.

I've always had that issue as well (constantly opening and closing the umbrella). Being able to walk two dogs at once would be nice too.

I also have the sane problem with umbrellas :/
I wish kids could walk dogs and it would be nice if Sims could walk their dogs with someone (an other dog owner or just a friend/family member walking alongside them).

Yes, I really wouldn't mind if they could use their umbrellas when they are walking the dog. It is really dumb that they can't.
