I tend to try to get the kitchens all the way to the corners and then change wall paper there. Sometimes I use a wall a tile out and put the refrigerator there. Doors also work as they take up most of the wall, or really tall windows with curtains that go from ceiling to floor. If the room has low ceiling height I just use fully tiled walls but put the cabinets all the way up so you won't see it.
