Um, I discovered that the Ward Park in Valley del Sol is a special lot that cannot be reassigned... Why lock it? Does it serve a special purpose for that town? Didn’t the gurus talked about convert...

I just discovered that Ward Park is tagged as "National Park" and not just "Park". Does anyone know what the difference is, and why this is not a regular park? It looks kinda not-so-special, and I thought National Park was more like Granite Falls...
The difference is that national park has less requirements than park and you can't have club gatherings there.
ah, thanks. Just did not quite understand the concept of a NP in the middle of DSV, but then I understand most simmers have rebuilt the park anyway. I might do so, too.
