None of the options really suited me because I wasn’t a fan of the open world anyway and especially hated the story progression that was included in TS3 because of it.
But I also hated the way everything was slowed down in TS4 because of the new multitasking. I want to control my sims and I want to control more than one family - and I sure don’t want some story progression to destroy one of my families while I am playing another family. So I don’t play TS3 or TS4 anymore. Instead I am waiting for EA to release a sidegame or a new (and hopefully better) basegame.
