You better ask on the Sims Community website where you have first seen him. They posted the article and his pictures so they should know where they got him from and whether he's on the gallery.
You would think that. However, someone else already asked about the Sims from the article, twice, and never got a reply. That kinda discouraged me from asking on there. So I was hoping someone on here might have the answer!
