We Already Have Haunted Trait in City Living...

Hopefully the Haunted House will have random noises that scare the sim, maybe cold spots(chilled moodlets) and of course ghosts and spirits. They can do a lot with it.

Haunted basically causes a tense moodlet after 10PM and there is a good chance an already in-game ghost will show up. So if you're just starting a game, it's probably gonna be Psydad.
