I'm getting the toddler bug with books, food and toys getting stuck. I work round this by resetting the toddler each time and though it's annoying the toddlers are fine.
I read somewhere that to get the restaurants in Sulani to work you have to employ only Sulani residents.
As for stolen food. my sim just steals it back.
