@Renato10 - I have since read that people who got (?) the early-release game? -- had rental-lots options in Sulani. Really sorry I don't remember where I read that, & am not entirely certain I correctly repeated the version that has rental-lots. But in case you haven't had confirmation yet (skimmed the thread, apologies), I did see that others have experienced what you reported here.
