Since you just came on the forums, I don't think you are able to make your own thread yet? I have not had the blue glitch (knock on wood) but I always try to repair the game if nothing else works.
To repair game: Go to Origin and then your library. Right click on Sims4 and scroll down to repair (just in case you didn't know).
