i don't want more empty worlds, either. if there was a world creator, it would be nice if people could upload custom worlds and all of the sims in it into the gallery, too. cc free.
if not, i prefer pre-made unique EA worlds. i like the stories and stuff. filling the town manually especially with my own sims is not something i want to have to keep doing.
