Yeah, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but they shouldn't tell others what to do or think. That particular video was titled "don't buy Snowy Escape" which comes across as telling others what to do. I didn't watch that one cause Snowy Escape is a pack that I have always wanted and I didn't want to see someone hating on a pack that I really like (which is what the title implies the video is about). It's ok to say things like "I don't like this pack" or "I won't buy this pack", but it's another to tell people "don't buy this pack".
