At least TS2 has a cheat code that lets you go up to 10. Very handy when doing Victorians with towers or other large buildings. Odd the limit is there as most of the background houses I've seen are either Victorian or Victorian based. I have an extensive collection of period plans, so can really get to it. In TS2, that is.
