Don't forget some of us like to build large parking lots ... and also build a lot of community lots and think of creative uses beyond what the game specifically offers. (There are even some mods for this.)
I want more options, more flexibility, and more worlds/lots in general, as well.
A lot of the large lots (and now small ones as well) in TS4 don't have good/any road access or are in rural areas, so they aren't even useful for me. :(
