I accepted the fact that TS4 has premade world and lots but if we can not change anything in the premade worlds, at least the lots should be made better. Especially in MWS Game Pack the lots are total...

I don’t like most of the pre- builds.
Oftentimes whoever built it didn’t really consider the environment, so a structure can look extremely out of place.
I usually blast the bricks out of ‘em and build my own and make it work in the game, however, the pre-builds should be good enough for those who have no interest in building.
I’d love a Create a World/ Neighborhood Tool to give us full control over world building and lot placement. It’d be such a game changer!
