We need to talk about the lots. Seriously!
I accepted the fact that TS4 has premade world and lots but if we can not change anything in the premade worlds, at least the lots should be made better. Especially in MWS Game Pack the lots are total...

I can sometimes get why the area around isn't the lot, but other times it's harder to understand. I wish they'd give us some freedom to choose - for instance, part a big lot into two - or combine two small lots into one bigger one. I also wish we could use all of the lots, and put walls all the way to the end. Ideally we could even share a wall or fence with a neighbouring lot (terraced housing).
