I honestly don't care whether or not we have transportation in Sims 4 or not... I know for some people it's a big deal but for me personally, it isn't. In Sims 3 transportation was an important part of getting around the open world. In Sims 2, however, I didn't find any other use for the cars except getting kids who were late from the school bus to get a ride to school. For me, the cars and other forms of transportation aren't that important without the open world concept that we're lacking in Sims 4. It's really not that satisfying to watch your Sims drive a car for two seconds and then immediately enter a loading screen.
