We want world packs, not kit packs.

I'd love to have more worlds like Newcrest out there with equal amount of lots in number. i mean snowy escape has just over a dozen lots in three neighbourhoods and yet they have the time and effort to build fake lots rather than bringing more lot spaces to a world. I'd rather have 24 empty lots than have to suffer with 8 lots on an expansion pack.
