I use MCC weather cheats on the mailbox. I just left click/shift on it and choose which weather situation I want and how long I want to make it last. I use it all the time when my sims have farm animals who need to be cleaned, fed and sheds cleaned out. Boy does it make managing the weather easier.
I am going to have to check that one out. I always knew I wasn't using MCCC to its fullest. Thanks for the hint!
