There are no other boyfriends or girlfriends on the couple, just a bunch of kids that they raised together. When I try to look for the interaction to marriage through the romance section, it doesn't exist. Is this a new bug, because I don't remember having this issue a year ago?
Are you doing this while having the "wedding" activity going? If not, then you can just have the couple 'elope immediately'.
