Yeah, I have used a mod as well. Food just adds flavour to the game for me - couldn't resist. Playing weight watchers is just not fun gameplay for me. I also dislike the fact that just because a sim likes exercising that they should be more muscle bound than the average super hero.
My sims are still diverse tho. I have all weights and weirdness. Actually creating these different sims is definitely more fun than having to be constantly aware of their weight and shape.
