Oh no worries. :) I just wanted to make it clear that having a plus size Sim in the game isn't and should not be an issue for anyone - same as sims who are muscley, thin, hour glass, pear shaped, short, tall, and any other number of size varieties. :)
I think you might be on to something in regards to the hour glass shape as well (you can thank their parent's for that - there's two modes for the kids, either hour glass, or straight up and down 'boyish' figure). I haven't noticed the same degree of seemingly quick weight gain with those sims who have a different body type.
